On March 21, 2011, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois against Timothy J. Roth and Keyop Exercise, Inc., Mezolink, Inc. (F/K/A Integrated Data Security, Inc.), VCN Celect.org, LLC, and VCOMM Networks of Canada, alleging violations of various federal securities laws. This case is pending before the Honorable Michael M. Mihm, USDC (CD-IL), case no. 11-cv-2079. Concurrently, the SEC also filed a Motion for Court Appointed Receiver. The Court appointed Timothy L. Bertschy of Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen on March 31, 2011 as Receiver for the estate of Timothy J. Roth and Relief Defendants KeyOp Exercise, Inc., Mezolink, Inc., VCN Celect.org, LLC, and Vcomm Networks of Canada, along with all funds, accounts, and other assets held by or for the benefit of Defendant or Relief Defendants that were received, directly or indirectly, from the Defendant or Relief Defendants or were acquired with funds or other assets received, directly or indirectly, from the Defendant or Relief Defendants; and every other corporation, company, partnership, trust and/or other entity (regardless of form) that is directly or indirectly owned by or under the direct or indirect control of Defendant or Relief Defendants.

We previously announced the Receiver is selling all of Celect’s and Mezolink’s tangible assets. The bidding for such assets ended on September 22, 2011. While we finalize the sale of the assets, please be advised that we intend to wipe all information stored on the hard drives of the computers and servers that are a part of the sale. Please advise immediately if you have any objections.
